Even though Vacuum House only sells higher end vacuum, cleaners, Gary was very friendly and said he would take it in and take look at it within the next week. If he couldn't fix it, there would be no charge. If he could, it would be $60 (or $69. I forget). Anyway, within a week he called me to pick it up, as he had been able to fix it and he charged me exactly what he said he would. He was very nice, too.
