"I called on Wednesday night needing a room for Thursday and Friday for a wedding. I’m not familiar with the area at all and was googling for hours trying to find somewhere that wasn’t either booked or too overpriced. When I found the Beach and King Street Inn I called right away, even though I assumed it was too late and that they were booked. Tim was phenomenal and booked my stay at 9PM and made sure I was taken care of and completely alleviated the stress of knowing we had a quality place to stay. Our room was by far the nicest of any inn that I’ve ever stayed in (not too mention the bed was comfier than my bed at home). The house had such a familiar home-y feeling and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in after four hours of stressful traffic and driving. We were in a rush to get to the rehearsal dinner and Tim got us in our room, gave us helpful information and took care of us right away. I highly highly highly recommend the inn, and we’re already looking forward to planning our next trip out there!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Beach & King. The host was very accommodating of both my specific dietary requests and my odd departure times. He was always available by phone or text to answer questions. The room was the best. Had a nice view of the ocean and two comfy chairs to read in. And the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The location was perfect too, both for walking around Rockport and for commuting into the city - the train is just 1/4 mile away. I'd highly recommend the Inn for a single or couple, and it would be a great get-away for families or groups of friends."
