"This place was AMAZING! Located right on the cliffs, you literally stepped out into the most beautiful scenery! They have 3 houses all next to/across from main property, each with a small full kitchen for all to use. Each room is designed differently (and beautifully). Life size outdoor chess set, bocci court and outdoor pool. They also include a made to order breakfast with every stay and each time its been cooked to P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N! The owner and every staff person we met went out of their way to service us. They have a sister property in Chile that i was just made aware of am dying to check out! Closed from 1/1 to April, we'll definitely be back in the spring!"
"My recent stay at the Yankee Clipper Inn was a true coastal escape. Nestled in a charming coastal town, the inn offers breathtaking ocean views, cozy and elegantly decorated accommodations, and an exceptional breakfast. The morning meals were a culinary delight, and the innkeepers and staff were incredibly welcoming. I left feeling refreshed and eager to return to this coastal gem, making it the perfect destination for a tranquil and memorable getaway by the sea."
"We stayed across the street in the Bullfinch for a night which was lovely. We were running behind for breakfast which was served in the dining area but were greeted warmly and taken care of promptly. Such a warm, magical environment. Staff was spectacular. Innkeeper is committed to his craft and his staff and it showed. Had a wonderful time!"
"Last minute decision to visit Cape Ann. Loved our stay. Views from here are spectacular. The manager and staff were very attentive and went above to make us feel special. The cocktails and breakfast were very Yummy. A special shout out to Paolo, he was truly amazing and made us feel special ( we watched him interact with others with the same attention to ensuring the best experience)."
"Beautiful location but that’s it. Manager is so rude! Breakfast staff so sweet. Unfortunately he talks to them like slaves. Don’t support this business. Injured my at Inn due to narrow walk way in bedroom. I was in so much pain and he had the nerve to say I was moody. I sorry I wasn’t smiling while in extreme pain. I was not rude in any way. Well that says it all about him. Pool filthy. Chairs on deck rusted and threading on chairs in gazebo breaking apart. Dust on glasses in room. Room extremely musty . Smelly garbage outside front door. Animal feces by garbage most likely from it not being taken out. Yuck. Worst place I have ever stayed at in Cape Ann. End of week they were doing a big clean up for large group. Good for them. I’m sure their experience was better. Hoping to give my husband a fun week after he just got a devastating diagnosis but thanks to Mike the manager our stay was soured by his rude treatment and remarks. Thanks Mike."
