"To whom may concern I love living here, lovely here. But my only criticisms is that I asked management if I could have bird feeder. From very beginning I had my birder feed move without my notice, I thought someone stolen it. Then one of neighbor's (without saying who she seen and her) left hand written note on my door saying not leave food anywhere on pigeon cove property. To use my garbage disposal, don't put food in trash bags. Then coming back asking neighbor if I feed the birds yet, that was last year Starting in April of 2017 SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME WAS PUTTING BIRDSEEDS ON THE GROUND UNDER MY BIRD FEED NOT ME!!!! I SPOKE WITH DAWN ABOUT THIS ISSUE. Then note started again. Dawn ask me two weeks later if it was me had reminder her it was me that brought it her intention in the first place Since May 2017 I stop all together feeding the birds. On Friday I got to knocks on my door, I called out twice no answer. Later I found hand written note on my door. It was not written on letter head from Pigeon Cove Ledges, but it was from the manager Dawn. It was a little upsetting because she ask me again not put birdseeds on the ground, instead writing another note feeding birds I won't be warned again about put birdseeds on the ground. Sooooo yes this harassment, because my neighbor across the hall has a bird feeder right outside his window, but I was told I can keep one outside my window. Did mentioned I'm handicapped person. On one wider the building that every tenant has birder feeder not 10 feet away from the building. I WILL NOT FEED THE BIRDS ANYMORE!!!"
