"I have stayed here a few times and the owner is so helpful. The rooms are clean. So many towels most I have ever seen. Price is awesome. I will definitely go there again"
"Not great, but its a safe, place to stay. The place is not fancy or upkept, but it is comfortable. We stayed in a smoking room, the hall was so stinky, we could smell it from our room!! Hahaha Beds were clean, water comes out warm and nice. Rooms just look old and a bit small. If you stay here you better hace a car or order transportation from an app because I did not see buses or train nearby."
"Upon entering the room, I noticed a strange, but faint, smell. They had no vacancies so we didn't bother to complain. I didn't realize until I went to bed, that the smell was from the mattress. Gross. The walls were full of stains and had a lot of bad patch work that the paint did not disguise (wall prep is everything if you want the paint to look good). The old yellow tub didn't make sense with the newer stonework on the walls. I would not stay here again."
"The room was clean but details were lost. Shower area needed caulking as did the windows. The care takers were nice and accommodating, but lacked any real amenities (i.e. coffee in rooms). The room could use some bright paint. Plus side is; it is located next to ocean side park!"
