Spanish Trace Apartments/ Abby realty

"Slum landlord now. BY FAR no maintenance since this building was sold. Spoke to maintenance "Joe" after waiting 2weeks for a new dishwasher that is not functioning right, new one. it has been cycling for over 3 hours. "Joe" told me it should ne 4-6 hours. Never the case before. I'd advise to stay awY from this and any properties "Matt" owns."

"This was the WORST experience I ever had in my life of 60 years...A man named Dusty/Geraldine doesn't have manners to talk...he sounded like, he is very much frustrated with his own life..and blames himself as to WHY HE WAS BORN IN THIS WORLD...I would say he knows, that he is good for NOTHING....A very much RACIST person...hope this comment reaches to the management so as to avoid future customer disappointments....I would prefer to be homeless , rather than going back to him.....to add on, even a girl named Pat was not that helpful, however she was still better than that disgusting person. THANK GOD I don't have to meet this type of RIDICULOUS, DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE person ... To all people whoever reads this review, hope it will help you all to be away from this type of traps.I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars for this....."

"Not happy. My boyfriend and I are moving to the area in September and had been visiting Boston for a 4 days so we were weighing our options checking out a few apartments. I had called Spanish Trace on a Friday and the women was very helpful. We wanted to view on Monday, she said that they didn't have a 1 bedroom available or a model home but there was a renter there who was willing to show us her apartment just so we could have an idea. So, she told us to call on Monday before we wanted to come check it out and there would be no problem! Perfect right? No. Monday morning we had another apartment viewing in Revere at 12:00, we woke up early to go view Spanish Trace, I gave them a call and told them what the women had told me on Friday...this women (someone different) said that the rental agent had just stepped out but because we were only in the area until the next day she would call him and call me right back. When she called me back she told me he refused to show us the apartment because all 1 bedrooms are different and to come back 30 days before we were planning to move. Which at this point I stated AGAIN that we did not care if they were all different we just wanted an idea of what the community was like because we would not be back before we made our move in September. She said she knew, but he still would not show us the apartment. So that's that...congratulations to them, they completely lost our business and if they do this kind of thing to other inquiries I can't believe they have any business at all. I am VERY thankful for all of the other communities that accommodated our short stay."
