"The place is full of cockroaches lately As an old resident I pay $2,700 per month for 2 bed rooms and the new resident pay $2,400! And this is not fair at all. went to the lease office and they said nothing can be done.Most of the old residents moved for this reason and the cockroaches as I said above. Plus rude management I didn’t recommend that place to anyone"

"The worst place you can live in, plus worst management you can deal with, very rude. I did renew my lease in November, I used pay $2356/month and in November raised to $2695 I did talk to them in office, the answer was it’s market, so I did sign the lease for 15 month, after I signed i found out that they rent for new tenants $2456/month I went to the office to talk with them They said that is the way we do , they trying to say in different way if you want stay ok if you don’t like get F… out of here Very rude, trying to contact head office they don’t answer or go back to you So I wish I can give them zero review , by the way average for two bedroom and 1.5 bath in area is $2400 I wish I can talk to the owner and explain the situation, but I don’t think he answer By the way my rent on time, never missed a payment, I respect the place I live in , never had complain or issues from my neighbors"
