"If I could give this woman zero stars, I would. This entire dental practice went downhill when Dr. Ehrlich made the mistake of selling it several years ago. Prior to that, my family and I were loyal and were returning customers for everything related to teeth. The new owner, Dr. Gresham, has a serious chip on her shoulder. She is rude (especially to the elderly), condescending, and recommends procedures to make you "happy" (rather than explaining to you what is in your best interest). She is all about the bottom line, which is fine if you have the credentials to back that up. She does not, however. Dr. Ehrlich went to Harvard, so perhaps Dr. Gresham thinks she has something to prove. The fact that she needs to have cheesy advertisements on television to garner business is (in itself) rather sad and pathetic. A great dentist does not need to advertise on television. Do yourselves a favor and head to Dr. Sam at Coolidge Corner Dental on Harvard Street in Brookline: He is incredible, compassionate, and extremely intelligent. His staff is delightful, and his office is serene and peaceful. Cooldige Corner Dental is also only a 5 minute drive (or less) away from "Rooted Dental" on Beacon. If you are looking for the best dental experiences and the most up-to-date and cutting edge equipment and procedures, go to Coolidge Corner Dental. Even Dr. Ehrlich himself recommended this practice before he sold his own practice to Dr. Gresham. So, do not go to Rooted Dental unless you want lousy customer service and potentially zero good teeth left. Happy new year."
