"They serve disgustingly large portions to make up for mediocre food. And hermetically sealed bbq sauce exploded in my lap (didn’t have a knife or scissors) I’m stuck somewhere 1/2 hour from home looking like Carrie at prom! Everything is too big and messy to eat in a civilized manner. Want good roast beef make the dive to Beef-sides in Concord"
"Outstanding food!! I have tried almost every on menu. They truly represent what a New England sub/roast beef should be. Roast beef surpasses Harrison's (if you know, you know)"
"At Blue House, where delights unfold, Their roast beef, a tale often told. People drive from near and far, For a taste that's beyond par. Yet, it's more than beef that steals the show, Incredible pizza, subs that glow. Quesadillas dance on plates, Burgers that the hunger abates. But wait, there's a salad, a true sensation, Kabob magic, a flavorful creation. Half steak, half chicken, with feta so fine, A gigantic feast, a favorite of mine. My husband's hooked, and now I see, Blue House's wonders are meant to be. From roast beef to salads, a feast begun, At Blue House, there's something for everyone!"
"Overall I thought BHOP is a cool little eat in and take out restaurant, and the food was good. I got one adult chicken tender meal w/fries and a salad (they forgot the salad, but they put my name on their credit list next time I come in), one children's chicken tender meal with fries, and two sodas, was $45. I know the cost of doing business is high, but I waited 20 minutes for the food (I didn't call it in). It would have been similar in cost and time to go to a sit down like T-Bones or 99, but I also want to support local businesses. The parking isn't too bad there. Go try them and you be the judge! I wouldn't go out of my way to go there, but I would go back again if I was in the area and needed a quick bite as it is one of the more convenient places to stop as you don't have to cross over Rt. 102."
"Was looking for a good beef. This is not the place. So much blood and juices that it made the roll completely soggy and inedible. The roll just started to fall apart as soon as it was opened. Couldn’t get past the soggy mess to even try the meat. What a shame! Chicken finger had so much mayo that it also got soggy on the bottom and broke through the sub roll. On top of that, their online prices is not what you get charged and they advertise “3-1/2% cash discount “. Not true, they just dont charge you the extra Non cash adjustment fee that they ring up without telling you. Misleading customers is not right."
