"My wonderful husband agreed to hyphenate his last name with mine, and thus began the name change process with his driver's license and passport! We eat out every weekend and have never had an issue with purchasing alcohol, while he uses his temporary ID waiting for his driver's license. Nonetheless, we were denied here! Super disappointed, even when he even provided his SSI as a second form of ID! ALSO - I'm 29 & he is 27 years old!!! Very shocked!!!"

"The place used to be good when I was a kid, but the Derry location specifically has tanked hard in the last few years. The last time my wife and I went we got our drinks and put in our appetizers, and then we waited for them for an hour ten. We got them after our waitress discovered they’d been ready but nobody had told her they were for us. Of course by then it was all cold. This whole time we could hear the kitchen singing loudly as if they were drunk. If you want us to come back, fire the entire kitchen and their management."

"They held my PA ID from me when I wanted a drink. They said it was fake. It isn’t. They were comparing it to the waitress’s fake ID she donated to the store. The manager Bryan Horton was disrespectful and didn’t let me defend myself. The cops came. I was detained and separated from my group. I was reasonable the entire time. Eventually the cops had no choice but to let me go because it was a real id and the manager didn’t have the guts to apologize or even show his face and we paid full price for everything after waiting 45 minutes for me to get harassed."

"We placed an order for pickup. When I walked in the place was dead, so there was no reason for the hostess to be sitting at a table by the end of the bar, look at me, and then say with an attitude I will be with you shortly. The roll for the burger was stale, the fries were over salted and looked like the had been sitting around. My wife's chicken sandwich was dried out. We only went here because we had a $50 gift card. Now I know why the other places in the area always seem like they are busy and this place isn't."

"Terrible service never gets any better any time I've gone. Was deliberately ignored at the bar waited 30 minutes to get our drinks sitting at the bar. Waited an hour for just appetizers at a booth waited an hour for drinks at a booth. Stood waiting for a table for 15 minutes while workers stared. Never coming back the service is terrible no one knows how to do their job."
