"I ordered a broccoli soup and salad. The soup was very watery and they gave me the wrong salad. I would have brought it back but I’m 15 miles away. Very disappointed in this and won’t go back to the Derry NH one again."

"The food and service here are great. I'm giving this place a low rating because the managers here absolutely berate their staff. I have been here a few times a week over the last few weeks and there's always some manager yelling at people and being very aggresive. I feel so bad for the employees here. If the district manager sees this, please do better for these employees and get better management. No one deserves a working environment like this. As a customer I don't even want to spend time here with all the yelling and agression. Latest occurence of this behavior was 11/7 around 8:10pm."

"Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went through the drive through at lunch ordered a half Caesar salad. I paid cash and they did not include a receipt in the bag. After arriving home I saw that my order was missing ingredients. Also the small dressing container was half empty, they didn’t even fill it. I paid almost $8 for a small container of lettuce. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager but was left on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up."
