"Very disappointed with MIHAELA GLENNON unfortunately she is the paralegal in charge of my mother and stepfather immigration case, she is a very rude and disrespectful person, me as a person that work with clients I can say that she should not be working at this law office if she’s not professional enough to deal with people, is very frustrating for me to know that my mother had to go through someone’s disrespect especially when we are paying for a service that must include being able to let people talk and hear any type of question or concern about their legal process, this lady told my mother to stop talking in the meanest way and holding her head saying my mother’s talk disturb her, like are you serious? Is too simple to just say what they need or request the proper document in a good manner my mother felt very frustrated specially when already has a lot of pressure for trying everything she can for her case can have a positive acceptance , I’ll be in contact with the office tomorrow to request to pass the case to a competent representative person.. hopefully this can’t continue happening to anyone else"
