"I stay here every week and I totally love this place. Everything is nearby. The room was clean and the hotel front desk staff was so good. They take care of the customers and provide good hospitality. Definitely recommend staying if you visit Providence & seekonk (Massachusetts)."

"The hallways had garbage all over the carpet, there was a bad unrecognizable smell, the beds had food crumbs and hair, so i went to ask for new sheets, he kept telling me five minutes, so after twenty minutes I went back to the front desk to ask for clean linen again and they didn't have any he said it was in the wash. Then he comes up with four pillow cases and one sheet for a double bedroom, so I had to go down again all together i went to the front desk trying to get clean sheets five times, the only thing I got was one fitted sheet and two more flat sheets and they also were not clean. If you're going to charge over $100 for a room at least have clean beds there was also sticky food on the chair and the bathroom has blood on the shower curtain, there were holes in the walls! And the tub was extremely dirty, This is literally the worst hotel I've ever been in in my entire life and that's saying a lot!"

"Walked into room and turned around right away. Room was in poor condition and there were multiple small bugs crawling around the floor and walls of the room. Hotel and room smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was “non-smoking”. Have not yet received the refund I was promised…"

"This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and well kept. There is no refrigerator but there is a microwave you can use in the lobby. For an economy hotel, this is great. They do a nice job here. There are some sweet features in the rooms like brightly colored decorative sheets and warm backlighting behind the TV. There are many convenience stores in walking distance and a nice Mexican restaurant to the right. Very conveniently located to any store or restaurant of your choice just a couple of minutes away. We would definitely come back here again."

"The rear first floor was atrocious. It smells like mold in the carpet. There were dirty q-tips in the hall for both days. When we arrived one of the drain covers in the hall was open with no security around it. Such a hazard for young kids. If you are allergic to dogs this is not a place for you to stay. There a a lot of people staying here with dogs. The entire hallway we were in smells like wet dog. If you have a dog and need a place to stay this is for you. There is what appears to be boogers on the wall. The backboard of the bed was dusty and full of fur. They didn't sweep or mop the floors, leaving our feet black. The outer doors stay propped making the building accessible to anyone. We put a wedge in our window for security. There was mold all over our mini fridge. Some of the rooms don't even have a fridge. The only microwave is in the room by reception. They have two laundry rooms, one on each floor, and very affordable. The ice on first floor is out of order but there is another machine on second. They have vending machines."
