"The suite was clean and the staff is pleasant, but there were so many burns in the carpet. Sections by the door and the bed in our room looked like someone had put multiple cigarettes out on the carpet."

"THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! They first started by putting me on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Seeing as it we were only staying one night, my son and I decided to give it a shot. We proceeded to walk down very narrow and dingy hallway, lugged our things up three flights of stairs, only to arrive at a small dingy room with a single bed. At my request, they ended up moving us to another room on the first floor with double beds for an up charge. Annoying but again, I figured it's just for one night so, whatever. Unfortunately, the second room was just as dingy as the first and reeked of mildew and other unpleasant smells. Against my better judgment, I decided to stay rather than find another hotel. Only one night, right? What a mistake. The air conditioning shut off at some point in the middle of the night and when I spoke with the front desk clerk, I was informed that all the air conditioning on my side of the hotel went down. They did offer to move me to another room but, at that time, it was 11:30 at night and I had already had an idea of what an alternate option looked like. My son was asleep and I didn’t want to disturb him with another room change and instead opted to open the windows; or at least one of them since only one worked. Of course there would happen to be a dog barking right outside my window. Come the morning, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was very rudely told that none of this was their fault since they’ve only recently taken ownership of the property. To top it off, I get home to later find multiple bug bites all over my body and they match what I found online to be bed bug bites. This place truly was the worst place I ever stayed."

"I would have done four stars straight across except for two things.. first of all there was a very strong air freshener or some kind of room freshener smell in the room! I'm not overly sensitive to Smells but I am sensitive. And it took quite a while for the smell to dissipate! We kept searching the room looking for a plug-in air freshener or something which is how strong the smell was and almost gave me a migraine! When places do that it makes you wonder what they are covering up! And then the second thing was that the website says they have a continental breakfast but they do not even offer coffee in the lobby. So that was kind of misleading! Other than that it was a good stay. The rooms are decent sized and fairly clean."

"I will repeat this again: This hotel need to be renovated, refreshed, repainted and all of the carpets need to be changed in the entire hotel. It smells like mold when you walk around, it does not look clean and looks like a "rundown" hotel. Also, poor room service with no extra towels, soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper or tissue paper. The microwave was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. The room cards would demagnetized everyday. No continental breakfast included. The room coffee is just horrible too. The person at the front desk never told us he was going to hold $100.00 on my credit card. Very unprofessional and unethical. We are very disappointed and I will never rebook a stay again at this "dirty and cheap hotel"."
