"I’ve lived in the apartment for 3 years and it’s okay but not good. Because this place was built over swamp, our ceilings, floors, and walls have many cracks and some separation (dangerous) from each other. They LOVE to test the Fire Alarms all the time. It’s not been as much this past year but they will not tell you and test them at around 11pm-3am when everyone is asleep. They test them so frequently that when there is an actually fire, nobody will think it’s real. The policies are not upheld at all. “No Parking on the Street” yeah okay, Everyone parks on the street and also drive like 30-40mph around the corners and because people park on street, you nearly get hit or a child nearly gets hit. Everything is included which is the plus here and it’s sadly the cheapest around. They shut A/C off a couple months before it starts getting cooler so have fun sweating. And the Heat doesn’t turn only until a couple months after it’s been in the 30-40s so have fun freezing. Rent goes up every single year and you may be told it doesn’t but it does. Office hours aren’t actually real. You have to call and hope you hear back or can talk same day."

"This place has potential, nice area for walking… Have been a resident for over 3 years…Parking is a hit or miss…Tried contacting maintenance multiple times and still nothing, they answer the phone but don’t follow thru on what’s discussed. Management is a whole other story, completely unresponsive!"

"Paper thin walls with screaming violent neighbors daily fear for safety and predators everywhere, management does nothing and is unresponsive, trash everywhere and they are unresponsive about issues that arise this place is a dump. Oh and they raised rent almost 500 dollars over two years scumbags!"

"Don't be fooled by the beautiful layout of the apartments! You'll need pleanty of ear plugs in order to sleep. Neighbors with large dogs sound great when they are running around on hardwood floors above you. No one cares...."

"The condo style apartments are very nice. Not much of a yard on some units. Parking is rough if you have a few guests. Also the constant construction off new units makes it feel like you live in a war torn country."
