"I came here for a COVID rapid test, and after getting stuck in traffic I was running slightly late, but still not exceeding the 10 minute window that was specified would require a rescheduling if you exceeded it. When I arrived, I was turned away, even though it was not over ten minutes late, and there was not a single other person there for testing. This is frustrating, especially before a holiday weekend where it's extra difficult to schedule a test (due to everyone testing for travel requirements). No one else arrived for testing after me, as I sat in the parking lot trying to find another location to reschedule at for the next 20 minutes. Arrive early to testing here because there is absolutely no buffer."
