"Located right outside of downtown so easy access to everything without the hassle of finding parking. The traffic noise was muffled well and could barely tell we were beside an interstate. Clean rooms and great family space. Comfy beds too. Swimming pool was fun and served breakfast, very good. Had a fan for those who like them to sleep."

"I'm so grateful to have stayed here between moves, but there needs to be serious customer service training for Long and Courtney. Long was rude and condescending when I tried to address a clear pricing discrepancy. He kept on saying, "LIKE I said..." in a very passive aggressive way and was agitated because I was questioning his explanation, which didn't make sense. Courtney was okay overall, but she came off very aloof and dismissive most of the time. Not too friendly. She was also unnecessarily snappy one morning when I approached the front desk and before I even said anything, she snapped "I'm only here quickly!" I wasn't even looking for her. She was also abrupt when telling me about a price hike, which came off like I should expect it. I never had an issue with pricing and it was actually lower than I had thought and much lower than my budget. On the other hand, Kenny was more pleasant and helpful and Val was absolutely outstanding. They get 10 stars from me. The cleaning and maintenance crew was also wonderful. I think one of their names was Jose. Most of the breakfast staff was also very kind and friendly, but one lady couldn't be bothered about anything. I'm glad I stayed here, as the location was very convenient and most of the staff was above par."

"Had a great stay here w/ my family. Great customer service from the hotel staff, very clean rooms, maintenance was great and all my questions were answered with respectfulness and politeness. Huge shoutout to Solomon, I believe he was the front desk manager I dealt with. Very courteous young man, and definitely will choose this hotel again during my next visit to Boston."
