The 2 br 2 bath apartment i rented for 3 years is perfect: location( 15 minutes from downtown Boston, 2 minutes from 128, rt9, Masspike. You can find restaurants, shops, river walks within 5 min waking distance. The building has everything:3 storied gym, library, roof deck, pool , maintenance and managment on site, parking garage, dog washing/ spa ,huge media theater. Top floor (5 th floor)apartment with gorgeous sunset views. Quiet, modern open floor layout with huge closets , plenty of storage, tall ceilings. Come lease in Kendrick community , will have a blast"

"Been living here for over a year+ as a black women. The white residents not All but SOME are racist and racially profile the black residents here. Recently new white residents have called the cops on black residents that have lived here longer and minds their business. Building is nice and management has gotten better. But as a black person, the racism here is unacceptable! If you choose to live here as an African American beware of this!"

"We have loved carefree living at the Kendrick. The location and amenities have been perfect for us, and attention to any needs has been outstanding. There have been a few minor things we've needed-adjustments to the washer/dryer, and minor repairs. All was attended to and remedied quickly. "We lived in the Kendrick for 18 months. It was our sons first home and it was the best thing for him, socially and just vast amount of space and activities that were available for him. The team is super friendly and maintenance is outstanding. They really try to make it a community. The amenities are unbeatable with an amazing three floor gym, great pool, and also great common areas. I would highly recommend!"
