"Excellent dental care from Dr. Edward's & Amber if you can get past the rude, incompetent office staff that is unhelpful and very annoyed that you are there. Never been to a medical office that has no knowledge of insurances accepted and billing. There must be more profit if people have to pay out of pocket."

"The quality of dental services here is really good. In particular Dr. Edwards, does really awesome work and is super friendly and personable - spectacular "chair-side" demeanor! Amber, my hygienist is also really great, supportive, friendly, attentive and thorough. I have only good things to say about the provider side of the practice. My issue is with the billing side of the practice. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 5 because I recently had an experience with the billing office, who gave me an estimate for a filling that was more than 400.00 under-estimated. The reason stated for this was that they "didn't have time to call every insurance plan to see what is covered and what is not covered" in order to provide an accurate estimate prior to providing treatment. Attempts to work this out with the billing manager were sadly futile. The No Surprises Billing Act of 2022 was specifically designed with these types of "surprise errors" in mind and it is unfortunate that this office did not / does not do due diligence around these types of situations to prevent patients from being surprised with high bills for services that aren't covered."
