"Room was disgusting, mold in the shower, smoke free room with a burn sheet, dirty sheets, I think that everyone can find a better place for the same amount of money!"

"We live in Worcester county but my husband had a two day job in western MA, so we decided to stay overnight to reduce travel time. We took a chance and found The Wagon Wheel Inn online for cheap. We weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was clean and warm (but did have a lingering cigarette smell, not a problem for us), and there was a great Chinese restaurant within walking distance (as well as a grocery store and Burger King)! We enjoyed our takeout in the room (with beer and wine we brought) and enjoyed the people watching from the window (everyone was very friendly). Bed was reasonably comfortable, the TV didn't work initially, but after checking the loose plugs with the help of the friendly staff, we enjoyed watching the office until we fell asleep. If you stay in room 7 be sure the TV connections are in-tact and jiggle the toilet handle if it runs, and you will have a very enjoyable stay! Safe parking lot with flood lights, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Will stay again. Only regret is not springing for the honeymoon suite with the heart-shaped Jacuzzi!"

"Management is friendly. Looks old from outside but rooms are newly renovated and clean. Shopping, Restaurants are on walking distance. Certainly recommended."

"One of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed at.The room wreaked of smoke. The t.v. was broken. The door didn't shut all the way and there were ants all over the bathroom floor. There was no one in the office at check out time. All in all a terrible place to stay. Spend the money and stay elsewhere!"
