"Used points for a room. Was put in the worst room available, across the elevator and a portion of the room was occupied by a utility room. Room was clean, just a let down compared to the other locations nof the same brand."

"Avoid this hotel! My room was 90 degrees on arrival at 9pm and the small AC did not cool it down, the bathroom also smelled like urine. When I complained in the morning the hotel clerk was rude. Three days later I discovered I had bed bug bites. I called the hotel twice and the manager never returned my call. After calling Marriott they told me the hotel manager would take care of me. When I called the hotel again the manager Rachel V. was rude and said she had the room checked and there were no bed bugs. If this was true why did they never return my call? This is how they respond to a serious complaint? All I can say is I definetely have bed bug bites and I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn."

"The overall place was clean that's about it. Morning staff at front desk was very ignorant dont know if the 2 women just don't like white people but they were very ignorant . They kept staring at us in the door of the pool room & They tried to say my guest and I were smoking Marijuana in our room when we WERE NOT but because we smelled like pot after coming back from smoking outside they had a issue . I also went to the "complimentary breakfast " at 9:20 am and sat there waiting for them to bring food out cause eggs and bacon was empty and they NEVER replenished the food . So at 10am i seen them taking everything down and went and asked her if she was bringing anymore food out cause we have been sitting there for 40 minutes and she told me no so my kids and I couldn't even eat breakfast. Then after I checked out they charged my card $250 for "smoking in my room" which NEVER EVEN HAPPENED"
