I approached the representative with nothing but respect and It’s not hard to return the same energy. Hope you learn to have common courtesy and manners! "

A nurse can’t say sorry I am not bringing you pain meds I am on lunch . The really subpar customer service I receive here plus this I will be getting a new pharmacy starting today"

"I have been a CVS customer and a ExtraCare member for the past several years. I have recently moved to the neighborhood and it was my first visit to this pharmacy. The manager at this pharmacy is extremely rude and arrogant. I bought a baby formula here and immediately(the next day and the bottle seal is not broken) found that the formula is part of the recall. When I asked them to replace the formula, the manager said it is not possible, she didn't even care to hear what I was trying to explain. I immediately went to the nearby store and they have replaced the bottle, and the manager at this location told me that any store should replace the recalled formulas without any questions asked."
