Took my car somewhere else today to find out not only did I pay for that but they never changed it. My car had the original filter still in it from the kia dealership. Really don’t appreciate businesses that try to take advantage of women. They also stripped my oil drain plug which caused a leak."

Upon inspection it was determined that it had several issues. Christopher Egolf took very good care of it. My cousin was livid when we got there because of the condition her car was in but due to his patience and understanding he was able to calm her down and explain what needed to be done.
