Center City Emergency Dentist 1429 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102

"Do not waste your time going here! I scheduled an appointment for Sunday. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. My husband went to this dentist & he said he like it. I checked in and after 50 minutes of sitting there my husband went up & asked what is the timeframe I would go back. The receptionist acted as though she didn’t understand what he was saying. A dental assistant just happened to be up there & explained they were running behind and I was next. 3 other came after me & they were called back. At that point I was upset. I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment. I told her I’ve been sitting for over and hour & 20 minutes and no one is explaining what is going on! She keep asking if I wanted to reschedule. My answer was No! Why would I come back to a place that treats me like that. I’m you need an emergency appointment with a dentist I don’t suggest you go here!"

"Absolutely awful experience. Started with sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had explained my issue over the phone but was told immediately at my appointment that I’d need to see a specialist and that they don’t even offer the treatment I required. Of course all of which happened after I handed over my credit card to pay the near $300 fee. They did absolutely nothing, a quick cash grab and I was out of there."

"Dental treatment was very good but the front desk/ time management is awful. First appointment 2 weeks ago they didn't see us until 2hrs after our scheduled appointment. Follow up 2 weeks later, checked in, waited 1hr 20, went to the front desk to ask for an estimate... Turns out the gent didn't bother to check us in and we wasted hours of our time. Maybe it's different in the week but if you come at the weekend - make sure you bring camping supplies."

"Today I went and my experience was great! The main thing I like about them are they are open EVERY DAY! With my work schedule this is amazing! The staff were so polite, very sweet and pleasant to be around. They made me feel As comfortable as possible. I had an abscess and needed an extraction and graft. Because of my health issues they suggested being put to sleep but I can not. I had to go with local anesthesia which was just being numb by inserting the needles in my gums and place of pain. One spot was so shockingly painful because of the infection I damn near jumped out my seat, but they comforted me especially when they seen my tears, talked me through it, and made sure I wasn’t in anymore unbearable pain. After that the procedure was about 7 minutes and then I was out! Everyone that approached me from signing my consent forms, To telling me about my after care, and even the one that did my x ray along with the dentist was absolutely amazing, sweet and understanding! I am definitely making this my dentist from today on."

"I overall enjoyed the service there, the people were nice and the billing lady was fair and accommodating! I think her name was Dee but I do think that maybe informing patients of their total coverage or make sure they’re aware of their coverage before coming… other than that they were amazing. Some people may or may not know until they are there and then aren’t prepared for treatment. I’d recommend this dental office to more people!"
