"Started off great, awesome actual dental experience. But since they switched their insurance processing/acceptance, good luck getting any response if the admin doesn't go smoothly. I'm still waiting for them to process and submit a visit from last summer, or even get any sort of response to my numerous emails, submissions, and phone calls. Such a shame as my actual visit went awesome, but getting any response afterwards has ensured I never come back."

"The entire staff is filled with incredibly kind individuals that have a lot of passion for what they do, and you can feel the friendship and camaraderie in this office between the staff. They’ve always delivered gentle honesty to me, and offered superb suggestions and advice for how to improve oral health/hygiene (but never felt like they were trying to “sell” me on anything!). If there’s a need for a product, they explain why, how to use it, and how it’ll improve your teeth/gums."

"TEAM DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN PHILLY! I moved from DC to Philly and was in need for a cleaning. I found team dental after 3 dentist cancelled on me or were “too booked”. After my cleaning, I was sold on Invisalign. I began my Invisalign program in February 2023 and just finished September 2023. The expense was a no brainer because it was absolutely worth it!! My smile transformed tremendously, I receive so many compliments & it’s all thanks to the the team dental team! The environment is so welcoming & friendly. The customer service is unmatched. They love to reward their customers & make you feel comfortable in the chair. I used to HATE the dentist. Not anymore. Glad to be apart of the fam!"

"I have been a patient of Dr Jaffaris for 3 years now. From fillings, root canals, crowns, a wisdom tooth or two to a palatal mouth expander, him and his office have some wizzardry going on. I have never found such medical success result wise and personableness in a doctors office before. The receptionists, assistants and doctors really make you feel like family and take the time to educate you on your treatment plan.
