"I was charged by my landlord with no notice or foremention by this company who claims to have spent four hours of labor on a 250 sq ft yard that needed a lawn mowing , roundup application on about 10 weeds, and mulch around one tree. I was not present to get a bid from another company my landlord just charged me after the fact. I used to do landscaping in my youth and have contacted old friends this charge of $400 for what would take any able bodied regular human about 2 hours AT MOST is just robbery. You can tell the character of a person or business by how they treat those that have no recourse."
