"I had about 50% range-of motion in my left shoulder & was diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis by First State Orthopaedics, who recommended physical therapy as treatment. Handling Physical Therapy was very close to my home, so I decided to go there for my therapy. It was the best decision I could have made in that situation. Tom and his staff are very knowledgeable and paid close attention to my special needs during recovery. They are very flexible with scheduling to meet the patient's personal needs. They taught me the proper way to perform stretching and strength building exercises which I did both during office visits and at home on my 'off' days. After 6 weeks of PT, I can honestly say that my left shoulder now feels better than my uninjured right shoulder.
