"So not come here. They only take appointments and the wait is still up to 6 hrs. My appt was at 130. They took me back at 3. I sat there until 415 for someone to come in. I didn't leave there until almost 7. I don't know what the point is of an appointment."

"My appointment was for 1pm. An hour later I'm still waiting. **Edit** 3:25 and still have not seen the Doctor. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. YOU'LL DIE WAITING IF ITS AN EMERGENCY."

"On 12/13/2023, during my work hrs, I came to get someone to look at my eye. I was told that walk-in hrs were between 8am-10am and everything after that was appointment only. I told her that I worked nearby and didn't live in DE. She proceeded to tell me that they don't take medicaid ( without asking, she assumed) and they were booked up for the day. She said she managed to squeeze me in and to return at 6pm for a 6:15 appointment since it would be my 1st time visiting this facility. I came back at 6pm and was told that my appointment was taken by 2 emergencies that arrived after I left. I asked her to return my insurance info and ID so that I could go to my local urgent care ."

"This is not a place to visit unless you're absolutely desperate to be seen by a physician. The staff doing intake were kind enough and I have no complaints about them. The exam room I was taken to was the filthiest I have ever seen. There was dried bodily fluids smeared all over the floor and you could see that the top of the sink basin hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. Low and behold two days later I have a cold and the urgent care was the only place I visited outside of the house. Someone needs to make an effort to sanitize the waiting area, door handles, and exam rooms on a regular basis. I can guarantee you that this past visit was my last visit."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. this place is ridiculous and not a place that you should go to for urgent care. The people here are misinformed and liars. They do not care about their patients only about their time and what time they need to do to leave and go home and go home on time. The 2 women at the desk need to be fired! And people with EMPATHY should be hired."
