I am sorry but do not remember the name of the technician but she was pleasant, listened when I told her the only vein I had was in my left arm and I did not even feel the needle inserted. She was great!! I will certainly go to this facility again"
"Usually have a good experience here. Arrived today 10:25 am. Only one waiting. Nurse came out 10-15 minutes later and said closing soon and they NO longer take walk-ins. Website states they do. Made 12 pm appointment and ran into earlier 7:30 am walk-in woman. Same nurse took 5 minutes. Only pain I felt was the inconvenience of having to unnecessarily comeback and not told the TRUTH."

"Terrible place. They deleted my appointment from the system so they could close the place for the day. I made the apmnt online and had confirmation. Was close to the end of the day. When I went they told me I'm not in their system and they were closing for the day. (20 min before the actual operating hours)then they locked the door on me."
