"We got charged $1.35 more per gallon over daily average price for propane in our area ($4.80 vs $3.45). When we drove out to pay our bill and to ask about the inflated price, we were told "that is just the way we are and what we charge". Am I wrong in thinking that is a bit extreme since they already include additional service charges in the amount of $9+?!?! We are locked into a 3 year contract and hope to find a more reasonable provider after that!!!"
