Representative called be back within the hour, put the order together, picked a delivered date..and done. Super easy. Answered all my questions and my appliance was delivered the following week. I got several confirmation texts- 1st one a few days before and then another the day before with the time of delivery. The delivery specialist were on time, precise in delivery and setup, tested the installation, explained the setup, overview of how it worked and left no surprises in the driveway. Very polite and patient. Very easy purchase. I will be back for my next major appliance."

"I had a great experience with Gerhard's. For context, I am someone who does a good amount of research on what I want and what it might cost. I figured out ahead of time that I wanted a Speed Queen TC5 washer machine and I knew I needed it installed on my 2nd level with the old one hauled away. I decided to walk-in at Gerhard's and see what they can do. I had two other quotes at that point from other companies. The Gerhard's representative was knowledgeable (though I didn't have many questions by that point) and the price for everything I was looking for was below the other two quotes. The purchasing process was smooth and delivery was scheduled for 2 pm, 2 days later. The delivery time changed to 7 am, which I was able to accommodate. The delivery team was friendly, professional, and on-time. The installation went smoothly. I am very happy with the purchase and process."

"After looking at Lowe's, Home Depot and Costco for a replacement microwave, I decided to check out Gerhard's. Boy am I glad I did!! After looking online at the exact replacement GE microwave I wanted and seeing that Gerhard's was priced even less than all of the others, I gave them a call on Sunday. Cody in the Ardmore store was awesome and he had all of the answers to the questions I had. Even better was that he told me that they might even be able to get to us on Monday for delivery and installation. Because I was headed out of town on Monday, I asked Cody if we could arrange for Tuesday. His reply................no problem!! Sure enough on Monday, I received a phone call, a text and an email confirming our early Tuesday morning appointment. Because this was an exact replacement, the installation was to be pretty easy and they were in and out in about 1/2 hour. One thing to note, Lowe's and Home Depot were going to be at least 5 days for delivery and installation and Costco (incredibly) was nearly a month until they could deliver. REALLY?? All I can say is that for my next appliance need I will surely be calling on Gerhard's again. Great customer service, competitive pricing, excellent communication (including Cody's followup text after delivery and installation) and best of all, nearly immediate delivery and installation.
