"ALERT: G& I is NOT Dolan's Appliance. Dolan's is an old, established and respected company. G&I is not affiliated at all, in fact they are a SCAM. The below is a review of G &I, not Dolan's. Dolan's deserves a five star review. But PLEASE beware that G&I is a scam. I don't really ever post reviews. But I am so disappointed in the way this company operated, I have to post. Our dryer vent needed cleaning. Two men came quickly, the same day - which was great! However, they said the fee for DRYER vent cleaning was 700.00??!! I negotiated them down to 350.00. I am embarrassed to say that, as we all know that it's advertised everywhere for 99.00. It gets worse though. They didn't clean the inside of the machine! And they broke our fence when trying to get to the vent. They haven't returned my messages and refuse to take accountability. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and hope that someone reads my review and doesn't get taken like I did. It's an awful feeling."

"Doug cleaned both my dryer duct and heating duct. His price is competitive, he responded to my message quickly and is easy to work with. Will definitely call G&I Air Duct Cleaning Services Dryer Vent Services and Chimney Sweep Services Ardmore, PA LLC when it is time to have the ducts cleaned again."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would the technician had me waiting for over 5 months to get my dishwasher repaired. I was told it needed a part and it would take time. My initial call was April 21 2021. He didn't call or follow up. I called in July to find out the status he came back July 25th after my complaints., stayed for 5 minutes said he needed something else and would be right back and here we are in September with no communication. I even tried to prepay to make the process faster to no avail. The crazy thing is the problems he stated weren't even the bad and I found someone on Angis List who came out the same night got the party from Lowes and I'm all fixed. This company is terrible!"

Andy who has serviced our appliances for years is truly the most engaging , mature , hardest working young man we have met in a long time .He understands the mechanical aspect of the appliances and is really so smart.
