"I’ve always loved this store but also always been intimidated by it. The furniture is truly gorgeous but the prices are at such an elite level that I’ve always felt like I’d be “out of place.” Not here! My wife and I stopped in a few months ago and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We were helped by Kat, and she was simply AMAZING! She took the time to show us everything about the couch we were interested in, answered all of our inane and repetitive questions, helped with color and fabric advice, and just made the whole process painless and easy. She made us feel really stoked for our new place and our new sleeper sofa, and she hasn’t stopped being amazing! We received the sofa and there was a tear in the leather. One email to Kat, and she started the ball rolling on getting a replacement. No issues. No inquisition. Just apologies, kindness, and genuine customer service of the quality that one rarely finds anymore. And Kat has kept up with us every step of the way through the process. We can’t recommend this store enough. If you’re up for some great quality furniture to live your best life, go say hi and have Kat give you the same service she gave us.
