"Have already had service on a washer (not purchased from them). Service Tech and cost were excellent. We'll be sealing the deal on a new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove in a day or two. Let you know how it goes from there!! Update: Have a slew of new appliances and we love it. Removal and installation was seamless, installers were very friendly and knowledgeable in showing the new equipment. And I couldn't go on without mentioning the staff back at the store. A great help and easy to work with. Next up; washer and dryer."

"UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Maybe Dawn should learn to listen or communicate better with customers already frustrated. Frigidaire referred me to them. For Help!! Not for 3 visits of rearranging my schedule and having to clarify the miscommunication from the office, Dawn. If a customer was told by Dawn through a message that parts were ordered and to make another appointment for those parts to be put in and someone comes to your house from all appliance why don’t you think they were putting your parts in? So I was confused call for clarification and just wound up arguing with somebody who wouldn’t listen. And now I have no idea what is happening. Also she hung up multiple times because I argued back after her Maaaaam high pitched voice wasn’t letting me finish my question and concerns. Frigidaire even told me that they were to be out to my house to install parts to the new oven!"
