"We had a serious Verizon billing issue that we've been dealing with over the phone for months. We went to the Verizon store (Hamburg, NY) and within an hour or so, Christian D. had the problem solved to our satisfaction. Outstanding customer service, Christian!"

"I will never do business with this store.Account owners beware staff does not care and will allow your child to get a new phone without permission of the account owner. I had concerns and I am still waiting for a call from general manager. I did complain due to the bill I received and asked why they would upgrade a phone without account owners permission? What happened was FRAUD! Nothing was done, I never received a phone call. This is not the first time I have heard this happened at this store. I complained pretty much got laughed in my face. The men that work there could have cared less. It is all about making a sale. I will be contacting Verizon administration and filing a complaint. Now I’m stuck with service for another 2 years and was told by staff at Hamburg store Verizon will just send me to collections if I cancel account."

"This Verizon authorized retailer gave me a SIM card that I could use to activate my new phone myself online after the corporate store refused to. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly, and she went out of her way to not only find a SIM card to give me, but put my name on it so that way I could pick it up when I came in. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and even though they were ALL busy assisting customers in the store, she had no problem letting me grab the SIM card really quick so I could be on my way. I can't recommend this Verizon store enough; and after my experience, I will only go here for now on if I need assistance with anything or need help buying a new phone or adding a new line to my account. Thank you, Cellular Sales!!!"
