"Beware! Do not try to do business with this place. The clerk doesn't know his back from his front. I took my vacuum there to be looked at, the man called after 1 day and said it was fixed. My husband picked it up and paid $65 and brought it home. It was not working. My husband called and took it back. They kept it 10 days and said it was being taken to Rochester where the head guy was. I had to go there in person and ask where my vacuum was because they would not answer the phone or return my messages. My vacuum was right there, but they must have forgotten to call me. The guy said it could not be fixed. What a stupid hassel. At first he said he had no such vacuum until I produced the receipt. DO NOT GO THERE!!!"
