"Purchased two pair of sneakers from here. Came to 575.00 I counted in front of the cashier. He took it came back said I was short 50.00. Handed him 60.00 more came back said I was 10.00 short. Asked him to hand me my money. I counted again in front of him. Came to 585.00 he already had 10.00 in his hand. I strongly believe I was taken for 50.00."

"Tried to say my shoes weren’t authentic even though they’d been authenticated on multiple certified apps & by certified resellers. And was told those certificates didn’t mean anything. When I tried another reputable store & mentioned them, I was told they’d had similar experiences. Some of the employees are great, but some act like they know more about shoes than their customers just because they work at a shoe store. If you don’t know how to legit check a shoe, it’s okay to say you aren’t sure or need to ask someone else, but don’t say shoes are fake just because you don’t have the experience or knowledge. It’s unprofessional."

"Stopped in today to just look around and to say the least, I’m amazed. The customer service was spot on! Any question I had, they answered with no issue. They are super informative and knowledgeable about the various items they carry. The store itself is welcoming and over all super clean. I will definitely be back!"

"This place has the dopest shoe selection. All types of exclusives and highly sought after shoes. Unfortunately the customer service was very lacking. A greeting would be nice or some type of acknowledgement. No assistance provided either. Please work on your customer service and you'll be good as gold!"

"Store looks great. Design and overall collection of sneakers was great. Really well done. The experience in the store with the employees is not, though. Their general disposition is off putting- not welcoming or helpful. Fault finders and not solution oriented- was told multiple times after being dissatisfied with a product “I don’t know what you want me to do”: How about, be kind, warm and helpful- but no, I got looks of disdain, coldness & an unwillingness to help. They took time & doubled down on how the product had quality control issues from the manufacturer rather than fixing my complaint. Got the feeling that they do not have a passion to serve, only mislead and duck responsibility/accountability. Some basic communication and customer service training is necessary to have your brand perception match your design. I would not recommend doing business here as there is a lack of care for customers. Hopeful I don’t get another snarky response to this feedback as it is a gift for hopeful change in your location."
