"I was at a pain management place for 13 years, they had great people at the time. They restaffed to place and it went from care and compassion to being treated like a thug. I left and had went to 2 or 3 different places over 6 months and the same thing happened. These places have no idea who I am and what I suffer from, and to be treated this way is atrocious. I discovered APICO pain management, I made the appointment and from the moment I walked through the door from everyone in the office, cared about me, showed compassion and was genuinely concerned about what I suffer from. I hope I am here for a very long time. Also while I was waiting to be called, I heard several people waiting with me talk about how great this company is and I agree. Anyone looking for professionalism and care will find it here. Also Marcus and Amelia are the best, they are warm and caring and understanding. This place of business absolutely cares about you and treats you like family."

"1/3/2024.. I have to update my review of this practice for the new year hopefully helping others who may also suffer from the same condition of CHRONIC PAIN. 10 STARS isn't sufficient  !!! I have been a patient since 10/22 and my condition has dramatically improved and improving since being under their care. I have monthly appointments to update my condition and treatment I have NEVER experienced a more Compassionate - Caring - Knowledgeable - Understanding - and by far, More Professional practice in my 74 years of existence ! ! ! And it's not just the 2 doctors - even their staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I recently met the newest addition to this medical' family' "Marckus" who I found to be quite funny - professional and really knows his stuff. How these 2 doctors manage to pick just the right people to create a perfect staff can only be credited to the level of care and support they provide. ..BTW... they manage 3 conveniently located offices in Delaware (north  - central  - and south) If you suffer from pain and/or discomfort your 1st stop should be here... this IS the place to go. "I just moved to this area from Alabama and was worried about my pain management. Most people seem to treat me like I’m a drug addict. Apico treated me like I was part of their family and was generally concerned about my issues. My first appointment was yesterday 11/20/2023 and they all treated me like I was part of the family. Katelyn helped setting up my appointment at a time that was good for me. After I got there she made it a point to come introduce herself to me and put a face to the voice on the phone. Chelsea and Amelia was at the front desk and helped me through the process of it being my first appointment. Marcus came out to get me and took all my vitals and also explained things that would probably be different from Alabama…and he wasn’t wrong. Wow what a difference. Erica, the PA, was great. She had all my records from my other doctors and made herself familiar with my needs before she saw me. That whole team is amazing. If I could give each one of them 10 stars I would. Just after one visit they made me feel like I was part of their family from start to finish. I’m really happy to be a part of this family.
