"Coming into Delaware in 2022, finding a PCP is so difficult! I completed a new patient packet off the web on a Monday, and received a call on Wednesday to be scheduled for my new PCP! It was a smooth transition, and the agent made it easy for me to secure my new provider."

"Don't get a job at this place! It's the most toxic work environment I've ever experienced. I worked in the call center, and when I started I was given a phone without a cord, the manager got annoyed when I asked for help, I was then given a headset that didn't work. The other manager laughed about my situation, and I was reprimanded by that same manager for getting behind on my calls, despite having no working phone. The third manager bullied the employees nonstop, and we were told by the head manager that they could talk to us any way they want and we just have to take it. They didn't like you asking questions, then wrote you up for making mistakes. This is just some of the toxicity."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. They use a call center to reach the office but you can’t get through directly to them or be transferred from the call center. I have had several occasions of my medications not being called into the pharmacy as they should post appointment and trying to get through the call center just to have a note to your file for someone in office to call you back is not timely or proper customer service to patients especially when it’s their error to begin with. I also called once in 2022 for a sick appointment because of an ear infection and needed to be seen same day and was told by the call center I would get a call back with the appointment time….. I’m still waiting on that call back over a year later. I went to an urgent care instead of my actual doctor because of this which is ridiculous. I went into the office later in person and complained about this and they said they showed no log ever even put in from the call center about this at all! What a way to handle patients healthcare SMH!!"

"I usually don't go by how many stars are in the rating.... I like to judge for myself. Sorry to say in this case it is warranted. The person at the desk was rude and really acted like I was bothering her by calling. I was very polite... I speak to clients daily, so I know how dealing with people on the phone can be. I was trying to get help for my wife ASAP after already visiting an emergency room and told to see her doctor. This is actually the second time. I'm just move on to a doctors office that cares how it's front desk speaks to people when they are already dealing with a stressful medical situation."

"After bring a patient for 13 years I have cheerfully left this practice after the departure of Dr. Barnett-Smith in May....what a huge loss for them that she's no longer there providing patients with her loving and careful medical attention. I endured the long check in times when showing up for appointments and the rudeness of the slow moving receptionists to move the line forward. I had a visit to the ER for a serious health emergency in June and tried to schedule a follow up appointment with them but was told that I would have to wait until my middle of August appointment which was made May 10th!!! After a frustrating conversation with an indifferent receptionist,I ended the call.and immediately found a new PCP in WILMINGTON that addressed my needs the SAME DAY! So happy that I no longer have to dread going to 121 Beck Woods Drive."
