"This place schedules out Your appointment months in advance and send several alerts to make sure you confirm the appointment otherwise they cancel it, no notice I showed up they said no because I didn’t confirm someone else took the appointment. Well to avoid that I made sure I confirmed twice, last week and this week, got a call one hour before the appointment to say they need to reschedule. No thanks we won’t be going back, plenty of dentists, no need to go thru this again. They are overpriced anyways."

"I can’t say enough great things about Dr Ballard and his amazing staff! My daughter had a dental emergency and he was able to see her right away and get her out of pain. The office is clean , neat and well organized. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The assistant was so nice and calmed my daughter down when she became nervous. Dr Ballard was so gentle with my daughter and made the procedure painless for her. I will always recommend this office and Dr Ballard for all pediatric dental needs!"

"The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Ballard is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time to fully go over my child dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my Childs teeth, and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Great staff and great location. Highly recommended."
