"This place is a FRAUD , i ordered sneakers August 17th and still there is nothing regarding the shipping of my sneakers. They stole my $177 real fast but haven’t reached back via email , won’t even answer the phone so i can see where my sneakers are DO NO BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!"

"This is the worst experience I’ve received from a shoe store. I ordered shoes on 8/14 from their website. I reached out to them on 8/23 because I never received any shipping information. They emailed me immediately and told me shipping information takes 7-10 business days and stay safe. I immediately knew I was dealing with a very unprofessional establishment and individual. Today 8/28 makes the 10th business day and I received a notification from PayPal that my ordered had been cancelled and I had a refund. These shoes were a gift for my daughter. Now they’re sold out due to the lack of efficiency and effort this sorry store put fourth in fulfilling their orders."

"Absolute worst online shopping experience in years!! They cannot be reached unless complaint is filed through 3rd party. Do not be fooled by availability of physical stores. They will not help claiming online business is independent from them. After all the attempt, partial order showed up after 3+ weeks. It's unlikely I will receive rest of the order or refund as Paypal closed the case claiming they provided "tracking number." Shocking to see this type of business conduct in this age. Update will be made if there's any change of status."

I came here to read the reviews about this store since I blindly bought a pair of the New air max one big bubble from them.. lesson learned.. I’ll see how my experience goes first instead of just assuming my experience will be bad based on the reviews from other people.. I live up in Pennsylvania and I can’t say this enough..they shipped my shoes out fast.. placed the order sat.. they were on my porch waiting for me that weds. Thank you Creme321..
