"If I could give negative 5 stars I would. My physician ordered a stat abdominal/pelvic CT scan without contrast because I’m in so much back pain. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I got a call from my health insurance, NOT even the hospital itself, that my CT was cancelled. It is not the job of my health insurance to inform me of these things. The story gets better. I didn’t even cancel my appointment. Who, might you ask, cancelled it? Apparently someone from my doctor’s office. I am the patient and this imaging center will cancel your appointment if just about anyone calls them and not even notify you. I have called them three times and they have said that it is not their job to schedule, certify, contact the insurance, etc. I am a sick patient who is in need of medical attention and my medical attention is being cancelled. No one at this imaging center, including the supervisor for scan certifications, cares about the patients’ health. They are negligent. I’ve been treated this badly and I have private health insurance - imagine if I did not."
"I had a great experience getting a brain MRI done. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I am extremely claustrophobic so this was not easy for me but Stacy took really good care of me. She made me feel so comfortable, let me take my time and had a few tips and tricks to get through it. Stacy was so understanding of my situation, I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. The facility was very clean and the staff was so nice. Will definitely recommend to others and go back myself in the future if needed!"
"I just had imaging done at this center and was really very pleased with entire experience. The appointment scheduling over the phone was nice and easy. They accommodated me in a very short notice at specific a time. I also received very thorough phone instructions about the prep and the test. On the day of the test check in process was very efficient. The waiting area was nice and entire facility clean and neat. The receptionist friendly and personable. Perhaps the best technician I have ever experienced - Mary walked me through the procedure and was not only professional and with implacable bed side manners but demonstrated excellent knowledge of her field and went beyond and above to make my entire test go with the least amount of discomfort. Really terrific team. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you to everyone for being really a top notch!"
"The staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable right away. I would like to specifically mention the pregnancy ultrasound technician as she was LOVELY, she made me feel comfortable with the process and she also helped me with my pregnancy fears and questions. I am thankful that I came to this location as she put me at ease right away and she eased my woes. I don’t remember her name but I believe she is the only one that does the ultrasounds. I was there on April 30th. Thanks again!"
"Fortunately I have not experienced any problems with this imaging center. I have been going there for years snd only one time did I have to wait for a long period of time. I have always been able to walk right in and out. I have never had any trouble with sny of the staff. The technicians are extremely friendly and hold a conversation and lend an ear if I needed someone to hear me. Very empathetic. I have also been notified exactly what I will be billed for and cost, and I am asked to sign the paper stating I was informed. They ask me to pay, but if I did not have cash, check or debit card with me, they are completely understanding. I would much rather go there than to the Hospital. If I unfortunately have a bad experience with a company or a store, I go again to allow them a second opportunity and see if they redeem themselves. If it is a bad experience again I would then inform a manager. If I need to take my time expressing unhappiness, I also take time expressing a wonderful experience I have. I know it is difficult to work with the public all day, I have done it, and sometimes having to deal with extremely unpleasant individuals, I always compliment people so they can continue keeping a smile on there fac, and their warm personality, to help them get through the rest of their day. I have had a lot of health issues and if I have to get a test, believe I have to be happy with the place I am going. In fact, I am going to the Imaging Center again today, July 30, for another MRI.
