"I absolutely love this gym! Our family really enjoys this place. Signed up in October 2022 and it has been a great experience. It has everything for getting a great work out in and our family enjoys the swimming facilities. Big shout out to Kourtney, Kelsi, Ben, Melanie, Jamal, Brandon, and Katrina. Really all of the trainers! They are a special group that challenge you and the programming is excellent. Pricey, yes. But you get what you pay for and with all that we use in this place, it provides a great value for our family."
"As an establishment that caters to families and children, it is essential that you maintain a positive and respectful environment, especially in the vicinity of the kids swimming area. significant portion of your staff has displayed an attitude that is not conducive to the well-being of your patrons. You should emphasize the importance of treating everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism, regardless of their socioeconomic status. Every individual deserves to be treated with kindness and courtesy, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this standard is upheld at all times. It is imperative that all staff members undergo training to cultivate a culture of respect and empathy. You should remember that your words and actions have a profound impact on the experiences of your guests, and you must strive to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all. You membership charge is high but your hospitality is terrible"
"Childcare is provided but a staff is not vetted. Do not leave your children here. Was notified by another mom that she witnessed the staff member Tara screaming at my god child to the point of tears, and would not stop even when several patrons stepped in. I was never notified of this until the other mom sought me out and spoke to me. Tara was cruel and lacked general communicating skills when I asked for an explanation, and certainly belongs NO WHERE near anyone’s child. We spoke with the manager who stated all they could do was refund the fee but unclear if any real action was taken to educate and prevent such abuse from occurring again."
"Was a member last summer and this summer. Pros: A lot of nice equipment, pretty nice people, clean. Cons: 159$/month (at least for me). Since replacing one of the basketball courts with pickle ball, there’s now only 1 basketball court that’s also occupied Mon-Fri 6:45am-6:45pm. It really makes it hard for the high-school and college students who are off for the summer. I also think it’s pretty absurd you have to pay a 65$ fee to play pickle ball. Complete money grab in my opinion. Additionally, it’s crazy you have to pay a 150$ fee to access the outdoor pool. When I asked why, they said “it’s to limit the amount of people”. There’s no logic behind that. Every member should have access to the outdoor pool. A LOT of people agree with everything I’ve just said."
"I had the time to visit your nice facility two days ago , my friend recommended to me . We had great time played basket ball , I like there is two courts and claiming wall great touch . The parking was good I Did not expect there was a lots of ppl there which is great . I like the place I wish I could join with you guys but I'm like 1 away with no traffic. Only one thing I have to mention is the locker room, please maintain all the locker and make sure that they lock bc I had trouble to find a locker lock . Keep the great work."
