"Don’t like this rainbow. The employee she was light skin and wasn’t even paying attention or working she had AirPods in her ears just standing there. I had to repeatedly talk and wave my hands to get her attention to ask a question and then when it’s time to check out she just standing there looking slow told her I was ready to check out and she was standing staring at me then finally realized I was ready to check out. Rainbows do have good clothes for good prices but if you want good service this isn’t the rainbow to go to. When customers are in the store acknowledge them don’t stand there with EarPods acting slow."
"It’s Sunday at the Oregon Ave location , the time is 11:07 and it’s time for the store to be open and the doors are locked with employees in the store…I had to leave, nobody was even approaching the door. What’s the sense of having an opening time if employees just do what they want"
