"We have rented for over 30 years from this company and never been booted out for not leaving a $15 deposit to hold our house for the next year when we checked out. We were always contacted around December or January to put our 50% deposit on the house for the upcoming summer. Well, suddenly in October they are taking deposits (lining their pockets early) and we missed their attempt to contact us so we have no house for the upcoming summer. Our 5 family vacation is now a 4 family vacation thanks to Sandcastle. We have put up with dirty houses on arrival, leaking showers, air conditioners not working, and rust on our clothes from the washing machine over the years to mention a few issues. Other family members have found other companies but we stuck with your company. Really disappointing."
