"The quality of their work is excellent, but I was somewhat disappointed with their lack of urgency in scheduling my appointment. I contacted them on a Monday because I was without heat and the first available appointment wasn't until Thursday afternoon. This timing was additionally frustrating because it would likely extend the repair into the following week if a new part was required, which it was. I am hopeful that they return tomorrow to make the repair as the weekend forecast calls for much cooler temperatures."

"I have hired Hentkowski for a few projects. They did the inspection for my home prior to my purchase six years ago and have since provided maintenance my existing heating system. I recently hired them for a ductless mini split system in my home. John was always on time and walked me through the system and my options very thoroughly. The implementation staff were extremely courteous and protected furniture and flooring as they did the arduous work. Also cleaned up after they left. Because my home is over 100 years old they got creative with the installation to ensure it was in effective in working system but also ensured the pipes and outdoor system was not an eyesore to my home. The carrier devices work well but had an issue with one of the devices in the master bedroom. Front office staff were very responsive and coordinated a team to fix during a hot spell. Very happy and will continue working with them for all of my HVAC needs."
