"I had work done over two years ago that I have reached out regarding issues that started hours after the repair. They have an answering service so I played phone tag for weeks with Joe after the repair. I have continued to reach out every couple of months but have never received a response. They said any issues within that winter they will take care of but then they never return your calls. I was excited to find someone who works on oil heating systems but I haven't had them do any more work as this experience has left me feeling unimportant. I even gave a tip to Mr. Del Campo and his grandson for the repair because it was right after Christmas and I was happy to have heat again. I have no way to send the invoice. But here it says Bill and Casey as the techs. The repair was done in December of 2020. When I wrote this review it was closer to 2 years ago, now it's been 3."
