"WOW!! I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the owners here are! I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon upset about a dent I had put in my sons borrowed car (I was in town babysitting his kids while he was away) and just asked if they could give me a little indication of how bad it was before I had to tell my son. Nick (the place is owned by Nick and his dad Dave) immediately stepped outside to take a look and tried to make me feel better. He asked when my son would be back (I replied “in two days”) and he said if I brought it in the next day, at a time that he made convenient for me because I had the kids, he would fix it for me. He went on to quote a price that was more fair than I could ever have hoped for. My husband and I live in Virginia, more than four hours away, and we both agreed that maybe we will visit our son when we have any car issues in order to use Taylor’s Service Center for any of our needs!
