"These guys REALLY know their stuff. I came to them knowing that my engine was in very bad shape and the transmission was slipping. They ended up putting a new engine in and had the transmission rebuilt. While no one wants to have such major issues with their vehicle, Sean was a true professional. He laid out what needed to be done, he offered multiple options to get me back up and running and he kept me in the loop all along the process. Now my Jeep is running better than ever. Going forward, Mendenhall Sunoco will be the only place I trust to service my vehicle."

"Had a oil change scheduled in advance but after calling to ensure they were open and driving all the way to the location they told me on site they needed to reschedule because it was too cold. In all fairness it was snowing that day. However, in my opinion if you know that you need to cancel appointments they should have been up front and honest about it before I drove all the way there. Overall I would not recommend their service."

"I am a trained mechanic and had my car break down here, 30 miles from home. I asked to use a tool to fix my car and was told the mechanic there would not loan his tools and he was in too much of a hurry to help. My problem could have been fixed in less than 5 minutes. He stayed for another 15 minutes after I asked for help. I would not recommend this garage to anyone, the staff has no sense of decency or ethics and are a disgrace to our profession."
