"I brought my Asus touchscreen laptop in with a screen color problem. It looked like the screen was failing, and a pink color was persisting on the screen even when I closed apps. Mike agreed that replacing the screen was the best option. The new screen arrived but had dings in it from rough handling by the shipper. Mike installed it to see if that would fix the problem, but then showed it to me and offered to get an entirely second new screen without dings so that I would be completely happy with the repair. Then a freak event happened as he was replacing the screen - a small piece of debris shot out of the fan and hit the motherboard and sparked, so the motherboard was damaged. Mike offered to replace the motherboard at no cost, despite the fact that it was not anything he had done to cause the damage. In the end, due to difficulty finding parts and delays that he would have in getting the part, Mike provided me with a brand new Asus laptop that is the exact model I brought in. I paid only for the screen repair. I felt awful for what happened, but Mike went to great lengths to make sure I was a satisfied customer, even if he had to buy me a new laptop. Absolutely the best effort at customer service I have seen in a decade!"

After diagnosing the problem, Mike was up front about the costs that would be associated with fixing it and ultimately advised that it would be in MY best interest to move on and buy a new laptop. "I have used Mike for many of my computer needs. He is always so great and knows exactly what is needed. I brought in a Lenovo computer that was having an issue (the screen was glitching). He suggested to me that instead of replacing the part that needed replaced, to save money you could simply turn off the autorotate feature on the touch screen, which I didn't use anyway. Much more affordable fix, and it worked! Great customer service. I like a place who is honest with me and values me as a customer (and doesn't just try get my money), and that's exactly what I found here. Will definitely come here again."
